Vision Check™
The problem you see may not be what is holding you back.
Vision Check is the initial assessment that brings your situation into focus, separates symptoms from possible causes and identifies priorities for further investigation. Before choosing another solution, we work out where action will make sense.
DIAGNOSIS BEFORE SOLUTIONS
Before choosing another solution,
let’s assess the situation.
Whether you work alone or with others, we start with your offer, customers, sales, organisation and resources. The assessment helps separate what you observe from its possible causes.
Let’s talk about your business NOW- Assessing your starting point.
- Identifying obstacles and wasted effort.
- Defining priorities to investigate.
- Clarifying the next step.
The introductory conversation helps us understand the context: it is not automatically a Vision Check. The scope and terms of the assessment are agreed before it starts.
It’s what you’re not seeing.”
CLEAR ANSWERS
Before you decide.
What is the first call for? Does it commit me to anything?
The first call is an introductory conversation. It helps us understand what you do, the difficulties you are facing, and the constraints and resources in your situation. The aim is to assess whether we can genuinely help. Neither party is under any obligation: you are free not to continue, and we may decline the assignment if we don’t believe we can make a meaningful contribution. Any working relationship begins only when we both see the right conditions for working well together.
Is the introductory conversation already a Vision Check?
No. The first conversation helps us get to know each other and understand the context. Vision Check is the initial assessment: its scope and terms are agreed before it begins.
Does this make sense if I work on my own?
Yes. We start with your business or professional practice: your offer, customers, sales, organisation, time and resources. You don’t need a company, a team or an ongoing support arrangement.
Do I have to buy another service after the assessment?
No. You can stop there, apply the findings internally, develop a strategy with me or choose implementation support. No package before the diagnosis.
Are Vision Check and Vision System the same thing?
Vision Check is the initial assessment. Vision System is the complete method connecting diagnosis, strategy, implementation and measurement. The introductory conversation helps identify the level of support that fits your situation.
Do I need to know what the problem is already?
No. You can start with what you observe: too few enquiries, unclear investments, disconnected suppliers or difficulties with sales. The assessment also checks whether the perceived problem is the real one.
A better decision starts with a clearer view.
An introductory call to see whether we can help.
If we decide to move forward, a VISION CHECK™ consultation to identify the problems and clarify priorities.
Then, only if you want to, the rest.
One step at a time.
Whether you work on your own or with others, we start with your situation.
TOGETHER.
Please note: an introductory conversation does not commit either party to further work.
Neither you nor I.
