Separate visibility, interest and conversion.
Are the right people seeing your offer? Do they understand why to choose it? Can they take the next step? These are different questions: one number cannot answer them all.
Check the promise and the next step.
Compare the advert, landing page and sales response. Does the message stay consistent? Is the request simple? How long does it take to make meaningful first contact?
Choose one hypothesis to test.
Start where you have enough evidence. Define what to change and what to observe. Changing the audience, offer and page at the same time makes it harder to understand the contribution of each decision.
Read results in context.
Consider the timeframe, seasonality, lead quality and changes in the team. A before-and-after comparison is a clue: by itself, it does not prove that one action caused the entire change.
